Pacific Coastal Airlines flies daily between Vancouver International Airport South Terminal & Bella Coola Airport year-round. On certain days during the peak summer season there may be 2 flights operated, depending on demand. Pacific Coastal also provides charter flights and scheduled service to other BC destinations, along with full freight services. Northbound flights are normally non-stop to Bella Coola -- flight time approximately one hour while southbound flights usually make a quick stop in Anahim Lake before returning to Vancouver.

The Bella Coola Airport is on Highway 20, 12 km (10 mi) east of Bella Coola. Private planes and helicopters can land at the airport.
